We want to thank our customers and suppliers for their patience during this challenging period, and want to provide an update on our response to the global healthcare crisis caused by coronavirus (COVID-19).
To our loyal customers,
The current global healthcare crisis caused by COVID-19 is of course of critical importance and ITL is aware of the critical role it plays in the supply chain of a wide range of live-saving medical devices, diagnostic instruments and healthcare products.
ITL’s leadership team has been reviewing the situation on a daily basis, and is complying with advice issued by the UK Government in order to safeguard staff and continue to supply critical goods. We will continue to do this as the situation develops during this challenging time.
Should the situation change, ITL will adapt its business accordingly, and will continue to follow advice issued to it by central government. We will of course, keep you informed of any developments that affect the supply of your goods as they happen.
To our valued suppliers,
ITL is a global supplier of critical medical, diagnostic and analytical instrumentation to a wide range of customers in a variety of markets. At the current time, the ongoing health crisis across the planet has led to an increase in demand in many of these markets and as a top-tier supplier ITL is under increasing pressure from its clients to ensure continuity of supply.
As a valued supplier of ITL, we appreciate that your organisation plays a critical role in ensuring that we are able to continue this supply at this time. ITL’s senior leadership team would like to re-emphasise that ITL’s manufacturing facilities will continue to operate until UK Government advice indicates otherwise and, as a result, we will continue to need to work closely with you as part of our valued supply chain.
ITL requests that, where possible, its requirements are prioritised within your procurement and production processes so that we are able to continue to together make a difference in this current climate.
Furthermore, we would be grateful if you would inform us if, for any reason, you become unable to continue to supply materials into ITL.
Your continued support is critical and we thank you again for your continued partnership during this challenging time.
For and on behalf of ITL Group,
Dr. Greg Smith
Business Development Director
ITL Group (a G&H company)
