Vacancy: Kent, United Kingdom

Reporting directly to Team Leaders & Production Supervisor, the role of Production Operator is to fully support the manufacturing facility in assembling, testing and commissioning instruments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Testing and building of electronic instruments.
Assembly of products as required.
Be able to recognise components.
Good soldering skills.
Have a good understanding, and able to take ownership, of commercial output requirements.
Maintain good ESD practice.
To train and pass on knowledge to other staff members when required.
Logging onto the G&H | ITL ERP system when manufacturing product in production.
To be able to manage time efficiently and work to tight time scales.
To work to company standards as written in the QA Manual and SOPs.
To work to company Health & Safety requirements.
To work to ITL workmanship standards.

In addition to the above functions and responsibilities employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.

Experience, Knowledge & Requirements

Experience of working in a factory environment an advantage.
Able to work as a team player.
Good communication skills is a must.
Instrumentation / Mechanical build experience an advantage.
IPC trained an advantage.
